But how can I speed up progress? It is going rather slow to stay committed. Should I lose more weight before trying to gain muscle or what....

I'm right handed, yet somehow my right bicep gets tired quicker when doing incline dumbell curls. I usually do back and bis on the same day, with back first if that helps. Why would this imbalance happen? Especially considering its my dominant arm.

So the other day I made a protein shake with Gold Standard Whey, and after I drank it I got a pretty painful stomach ache.
I figured it was something else because I have acid reflux.
Then today after my workout the same thing happened.
Does anyone else have these problems? Any solutions?
