No. You have many excersises working the same muscle groups. Pull ups, Row, OHP, and dips. Id pick 2 and do the other 2 another day. I mean, you can do them all same workout but I'd be too tired to lift heavy with good form for the 2nd two excersises. In my mind this is over training muscles unless you're using ultra light weight.

Also good luck squatting and deadlifting heavy on the same day. One of those excersises will suffer from poor form and fatigue from which ever you do first. I'd spilt workouts, one with squats, one with Deads, split your upper body excersises between squat and deadlift days.

Does it matter what order you do your exercises in?

I sometimes stand and wait for the squat rack to free up when I could be benching, but I'm starting to think it doesn't matter.

It's almost exactly the same as GHB, but it lasts longer (~5-6 hours vs. 2-3) and you have to take it several (6? can't remember) hours in advance. If you've never had GHB, it makes you sociable/outgoing, fills you with energy, makes music sound really good, and often makes you quite horny. You take it as a powder - make sure to weigh up a proper dosage, which depends on your weight. Don't snort it like a dweeb, you stick it on a spoon, swallow, chase with water. Tastes sour but goes down fast.
It's basically your quintessential party drug, but legal, less dangerous slightly fussier to take.

Caveats: Keep in mind that it does the MDMA thing of making your eyes look funny, and generally makes you look "high". Not a cop problem because it's probably not illegal where you live but it's gotten me kicked out of nightclubs so just bear it in mind. Also don't do something stupid like phenibut and drive I'm pretty sure that's illegal (pic slightly related). Also phenibut IS addictive. Limit use to twice a week tops and you'll be fine, ideally just once though.

Iirc lance Armstrong trainer had a theory that people who are used to doing a lot of exercise start sweating a lot even after doing a small amount of exercise.
The idea was that even after jogging to catch a bus your body goes into overdrive sweating because it think you're about to run a marathon

But I've no idea whether this theory of his had any scientific backing whatsoever

My calorie goal is 1500(cutting) so I'm plotting out dinner and it comes up to 1400 but the macros are apparently fucked. Does it really make a difference as long as I'm below my calories?
I work midnight shift in the military so the only organic things really available to me for dinner are eggs. I don't want to eat processed pork or starchy breads.
