I've been lifting for around 2 years however i started to be more disciplined and consistent in my routines these last 5 months. I noticed that i've been increasing in strenght and but somehow my weight seems to stay at around 135-140lbs. What am i doing wrong? Should i increase my workload or just eat a shitload more? (Note : I have a pretty NEET lifestyle outside of the gym ever since i got kicked out of college)

Not OP but im interested in what a deload week entails.

Articles suggested varying things from not working out at all to lifting at 50% max.

Can you provide some anecdotal stuff about a deload week?

changes every now and then desu. i used to love barbell rows - i hate barbell rows right now. same with military press. it'll change eventually and i'll be back at OHPing in the squat rack.

How much Magnesium and zinc does a man need?
found one with 600mg magnesium and 10mg zinc
found an other with 300mg magnesium and 20mg zinc.

and there is some magnesium in some pwos, so can you get too much?
