Yeah when I didn't know what I was doing

I do squats on leg day, I try and rationalise it for muh thighs. Am I going to hell?

I follow this and have been seeing better gains than when I was doing a brosplit

I do.

I only don't like it because I like to do OHP immediately after squats so I feel like I'm hogging the squat rack. But usually there aren't people waiting around so it's no biggy.
