how do you guys warm up for all your lifts?

I'm a beginner on SS so all my lifts are really light. any tips on how I should warm up?

I am a beginner too using the SL 5x5 app. For warmup it tells me to do two sets of 5 with the bar then one set with about half the weights. Then I do my regular 5x5.

How does someone wear shorts when they have skinny legs? I workout my legs more than anything, hammies, quads, calves, etc. I live in Miami and Im tired of wearing pants in 80°F weather. Is there any way i can wear shorts and not look like i have toothpick legs?

I am a 19 year old, 5 foot 10, 130 pound man and I hate my body. Right now I look like a pre pubescent boy when I take my shirt off. In two months I have my older brothers wedding in Hawaii and I want to put on some muscle definition before hand so I can look good on the beach. The only problem is that between school and work right now I dont have time to go to the gym. So im wondering if anyone has any workouts I can do at home to build definition using only 2 25 pound weights and a pull up bar? Any thing that i can do at home that will help i want to know about.

How do you cope with asthma excercise wise?
I've started running, but i got to some points where i almost faint and go really pale even after using my inhaler.
It's very demotivating.

I coached a kid with really bad asthma. He conditioned his body to the point where his starting point for exercise induced asthma was the end of the finals of a 3 days wrestling tourney.

I'm trying to get the truth, the final say.

/fit/izens, I'm 18 and SARMs have been appealing to me ever since I've seen them in a thread here. I want to make a big boost in gainz, take only 1 cycle and that's it. From what I've seen, I'll do a 6 week cycle with LGD-4033.

I've looked at the studies and conclusions from some people and it's conflicting. It seems as if that I take a PCT after a 6 week cycle that I would return back to normal relatively quickly and keep the gainz.

The main trouble I see with these things is that it lowers the HDL, shoots your blood pressure up, and lowers libido around week 3. I've heard the dip in libido is very temporary after you get off SARMS but what about HDL and blood pressure?

If you think SARMs are legit, where would I get good PCT tips and know what to take? I'm planning to take one but with how mild these side effects seem to be, I think it'd be quick.

How can I become better at this?

Alright, /fit/. I've had gyno since i was 13. It's been about 3.5 years and it has lightened up greatly but still there. I'm 190 pounds currently, and just finished a bulk (so excuse the extra fat). Do any of you have any reccomendations, or advise, or hell even hope on how to and if it will eventually vanish? Thanks again. Much help needed.
