I'm 18 and started taking ZMA to correct my test levels from when I used to be addicted to fapping. I'm willin' the fuck out though. I saw this girl I used to slay who left me because she's affraid of commitment with some fuckboi yesterday. I fucking looost it. I was punch the walls in my dorm until my knuckle started dripping blood. Saw the bitch again today and she gave me bedroom eyes. NO NO NO. I started doing the same thing, fuck I'm so angry, what is that bitch even think she's doing.

Also, my voice is deeper, and I'm a complete asshole to other guys in any social environment.

Anyone else ever experience way too much test?

Ahoy, I'm gonna need some help /fit.
I'm going to the gym for the first time this week and it seems SS is the go-to routine, yes?

I notice is says f.ex 3x5. Is the goal then to have so heavy a weight that 3x5 is about my limit?

Also, when I do SS.. Do I only warm up, complete the routine and bugger off? Only cardio besides, right?

You can just black Coffee tho honestly and you'll get the same amount of "pump" you would from pre workout

Should I lean bulk or dirty bulk if I'm 6'1 132 lbs? I would like to gain weight as quick as possible through dirty bulking but I would also like to get more lean through lean bulking.

I would recommend an in between. A lean bulk is 300 kcal over maintenance, so I'd suggest you bulk at 500 kcal over maintenance. You're skinny enough that it'll work.
