I only slept 4 hours last night /fit/ and just got home from 8 hour work day.
Can I drink some energy drink and then go work out? Right now I don't feel like picking up anything.

I almost passed out while Deadlifting:
>do squats and bench-press
>feel fine
>deadlift is next
>do first warm-up set
>feel a little lightheaded after the set, but thats not unusual for me during the first 2 sets
>second set: feel unconmortable
>maybe i should stop - no, dont be a pussi and lift faggot
>do third set, set the bar down
>get up: dizziness, lightheaded, heart is racing, have to support myself against the wall to not fall down

What the fuck happed to me? I never felt so bad before. The weight wasnt even heavy, it was still a warm-up set, but i felt uncomfortable enough to stop the workout and head home. This was about an hour ago, and i still feel a little shaky.

I know it has happened to me because I haven't been breathing properly. It might sound like fatlifter advice, but it's better to take some time between each rep and breathe properly and brace for the next rep than just rushing through your set on one good breath - At least with deadlifts, where the weight is as heavy as it is.

Its called vasovagal reaction (just Wikipedia it) Not something you can really prevent its caused by a multitude of factors coming together. Next time if you feel light headed, just put the weights down, give it some time and try again. You could hurt yourself pretty badly, especially when squatting or when you hit your head on the rack or something.

I've tried posting in two dtddtots and got no response but I've just started taking yhcl in the morning with fasted cardio but I've been fallowing the lean gains protocol and take bcaas before hand and knowing that yohimbine doesn't work if you have an insulin spike and bcaa cause a slight insulin spike should I stop taking them with my yhcl?

Also, is 2 hours long enough to wait after taking my full does of yhcl to go into an ec stack?

Found itWe're going to assume that you're at the gym at 10 AM and break your fast at 12-1 PM.

10 AM: Training is initiated on an empty stomach and after ingestion of 10 g BCAA or similar amino acid mixture. This "pre-workout" meal is not counted towards the feeding phase.

10-11 AM: Weight Training: I suggest using a setup similar to reverse pyramid training, which is my favored approach. This is a high intensity, low volume setup. Keeping intensity high is key in order to reap the catecholamine-related benefits. Do 2-3 sets of 4-8 reps for compound movements and 1-2 sets of 8-10 reps for assistance movements (curls, triceps work, etc). Do no more than 5 movements per session.

11-12 AM: When you're done, which should be in no more than an hour, insulin (which was temporarily elevated by the pre-workout BCAAs) will be back to fasted baseline again. Immediately take 0.2 mg yohimbine and do 30-45 min of steady state cardio; cycling, treadmill walking at 3-3.5 mph (slight incline optional), brisk walking outside, etc. The yohimbine will rapidly take effect.

12-1 PM: Eat.

I just did a massive pot of chicken, veg, pasta and sauce. 6 meals for £9 of food. One maccies is £4-5 in bongoland.

Yes you can fix them and prevent them. USE BIO OIL. Put it on the stretch mark area before you do any arms or chest work out to prevent them getting worse. Also by applying it to the area 2 or 3 times a day you can fade the purple marks to a pale white.

You can also use lemon juice and going out into the sun for about 10 minutes to help it fade a bit quicker.

you need to be consistent with bio oil/ lemon juice (like 2 months) and it should fade well.

I'm a skinny guy (not as skinny as pic related; I have at least somewhat decent body proportions) and have been my entire life. I read the sticky, but I was wondering what were some of the things skinny guys here found success in to gain weight. I already eat twice as much food as my room mates, two of which work out every day. If I just started going to the gym without changing anything, would I gain anything or just have weird skinny-muscle? Should I just eat 5 meals a day or something? Thanks.
