What should I think about when aiming for lean gains? How much of a calorie surplus is recommended, if any? What about cardio?

I'm almost done with my cut and I'd prefer lean, if slow, gains to bulk-cut cycles. Just want to look good all year round and I'm not in a hurry to get big.

Theres no magic trick, its as simple as this.

I need help with gains /fit/

Breakfast: 2 hardboiled brown eggs, 4 peace bacon, tater tots single-serving frosted mini-wheats.
Lunch: salad with lunch meat no dressing, brownie, potato, yogurt, 2 pork ribs tuna salad sandwich.
Dinner: beef cordon bleu, salad with lunch, half cup tuna salad half cup chicken salad, slice of pumpkin pie. 3glass whole milk per day.

How the fuck do we know how much we're really lifting bros? How do we know our local gyms bar and weights weigh what they see they do? It's not like all gyms use eleiko colours discs, I've gone to gyms where I suspect the plates were probably cheaper than my home ones

I'm 5'9 and 140lbs, tryin to get mass.

This is what I normally eat every day:

-breakfast
4 scrambled eggs with 3 sausages and 4 slices of whole bread

-lunch
3 canned tunas, mayo, canned corn and 6 slices of whole bread (I make 3 sandwiches)

And between lunch and dinner I drink 1000 ml of delacosted milk

-dinner
4 scrambled eggs with 3 slices of ham and 4 slices of bread


How many kcal am I getting daily?

What exactly makes a bulk "clean" or "dirty"?

to me dirty bulking is just gorging on as much food as you want whereas clean bulking is eating slightly above your maintenance and only increasing calories if necessary

A dirty bulk means you're just eating a lot to hit your cal surplus without counting them. This includes junk food (pizza, burgers, cola, etc). Basically you pig out.

A clean bulk means you're strict with your calories, you count them and you eat "clean" (same as on a cut, making every micronutrient count) food such as chicken breast, veggies, etc.
