So this was my weightlifting session last night.

I did
Bench, squat, bent rows, chin ups, cable rows, and glute bridges.

Typically 3-4 minutes in between sets.

How likely is this calorie burn info to be accurate?

If I go just 10lbs higher on each side it wrecks my L bicep tendon or something and that arms useless for a week or so (can't do any pulls then).
Happened twice last year so I just do 1 plate and try to extend the reps

I am 5'7 and have 16.5 inch arms at 12% bodyfat and only curl 35kg for 12-15.

Alright so I was really spoiled with a starting strength app, but I've moved into the intermediate range and I'm switching to the practical programming routine. Does anyone know if there is a fully customizable workout routine app that lets me add exercises as I want, instead of all these predefined ones?

I fell for the SS+GOMAD meme and I've been making steady gains so far on all the lifts, gone from

95 to 165 squat
135 to 200 DL
75 to 135 Bench

in 3 weeks

But my motherfucking The Press has barely shifted at all, I started at like 65 lb and I'm stuck at 75 lb, failed a rep during my fucking second set today for christ sake

I hate this fucking exercise and am considering dumping it from the program but know that's a bad idea

How do I fix this stupid fucking lift

nah, at this point has to be his form. Make sure to flex your glutes and your hand placement is right. It's the slowest progression lift but you shouldn't stall that soon.

What %bf is this physique? Can this be achieved without gear?

Look at this guy. Got him off jewtube, he claims to have accomplished this naturally in just 4 months of training.

He says that he had been going to the gym for years before and never really gained much (probably because of shitty nutrition or whatever)

Now I know that he's half-black or whatever. But these results in just 4 months? How can he possibly build that mass and lean out in that timeframe?
