Is there a way I can squat everyday and will that allow me to actually advance or will it be counter to improvement due to lack of recovery?

Why do you want to squat every day?
Yeah sure, just do really low volume.

Well like, to improve my squat at a faster rate, can I just squat more?
Bulgarian Method
Chances are high you won't benefit from it though.

Just run a program, they're optimised to get you the most gains.
Or just get on gear and you can pretty much do whatever the fuck you want.
Why would you squat everyday? Do you hate life?
2 times a week for me is more than enough. So fucking thankful every time I finish my last set.
Story time.
>Be at gym (back before I got a home gym)
>Be squatting 320 3x5
>Some DYEL walks into gym with fairly attractive female, like 7/10, nice booty, nice face, good bodyoverall
>He does some easy-mode-circuit while I am killing myself with 320 pounds on my back and HE has the good looking GF while I have no one?
From that day forth, I vowed to never lift for girls again.

Squatting everyday improved my technique and therefor my strength. But there comes a time when youre going to need to go back to volume training and gain some muscle to progress some more.
The volume training fucks me up. Takes 5-6 days to recover from that.
It's definitely a nice way to train and progress.

I just ran squat every day for the past 10 weeks, ask me any questions you have. Skipped Sundays most of the time though so basically 6x a week.
First 4 weeks:
Training max every day
6 weeks:
work up to 5 sets x 3 reps every day
end result I went from 160x4 to 160x8 rep max. Not huge gains but the 2nd rep max I was fatigued when I tested it.
