c'mon i'm not an expert but those don't hit traps. if you've got a pencil neck go for it, if you train boxing, wrestling or another martial art it will give you resistance against going ko and getting neck injuries. if your neck is already good and you don't train in any of those sports then it's a total waste of time

From time to time it happens, happened a lot more when I was still a beginner because I didn't have as good of an idea of what I'd fail on. Once you start setting up correctly and being more consistent, you won't fail reps much.
In the last year I've only failed reps on the pl platform

Likely with bad form. If you have a back injury like a disc bulge you will make it worse by stretching. It could compress the injured disc and irritate it. If it has been less than a week just rest up and take it easy for a week or 2.

Has anybody here ever had lowerback injuries and seen a doctor / physio?
What did they advise you to do? How did you rehab your injury?
I'm not sure what my injury is, the pain isn't localised, its the entire lowerback.
It reoccurs randomly. I can squat for a month fine then if I squat wrong or deadlift wrong it comes back instantly and immobilises me for the rest of the day.
When it comes I usually feel tingles around the area for a few seconds then its just hard to bend over without this dull pain for 24 hours.
It does go away.
Any advice?

additional information:
Lax balling glutes usually gets rid of some of the pain and makes me more mobile.
Stretching hamstrings usually makes it a lot worse.
The pain first occur several months ago and has been on and off. Mostly off.

I've had a huge L5S1 bulge injury (not prolapse) 2 years ago. Had pain in my right buttock and down my leg.
Went to a good chiro, he unspapped my shit in 5 sessions, reduced my pain by 90%.
Continued to go to him for 2 years montly now, bought an inversion table which i use 3x daily.
No buttock/leg pain. Lower back gets fatigued sometimes and maybe a dull ache after physical activity, overall bretty good.

Well the penis is NOT a muscle, so don't expect to be able to grow it via hypertrophy.
However some men practice something called "jelqing" or something. Basically it involves regularly stretching their penis and pushing blood into it.
They theory is: tendons stretch and capillaries expand. So regular stretching and engorging should make it somewhat larger.
Unfortunately for you though I have never actually tried it so I cannot comment on it's effectiveness however if that's your thing go for it.
Just be careful, if you force too much blood into your dink your capilaries might burst and this could range anywhere from painful to disfiguring to permanently removing penis function. The moral is, don't over train your dick.
