Alright /fit. When should you start using lifting belts?

I used to 3pl8 squat and diddy with no issue during bulk but now during my cut I can barely do it and even had to drop the bar once on a 275lb squat because I just felt my back flexing.

Only use them when you max out. My last max was 445lbs at 180lbs bodyweight and I never use belts aside from maxes.

In general what should your lifts be before you can consider cutting without looking like a skelly?

If you start lifting young and really thin, then bulk for years.

So I'm a skelly. I weigh 120lbs at 20 years old. I'm a 5'10 dude.

This needs to cease now as my quality of life is being affected tremendously.

I just started my day by eating a fucklot.

I ate 1kg of quark cheese with 400g of cherry fruitmix.

The kg of quark is 700kcal, and the 400g of fruitmix is 400kcal.

That gives us 1100kcal and 69g of protein.

I then ate 260g of chicken breast. That's roughly 400kcal and 40g of protein.

I'm about to eat a pack of 150g of rice with 260g of ground beef.

Now I have a few questions.

1. I won't be able to keep that on the long run. I don't have enough money, I'm a filthy NEET who lives on daddys money.
Is there a cheap alternative to all of this shit?

2. Will that help my gains? I mean, my max squat is 70kg. You read that right. I couldn't go higher for a year because I didn't eat enough.
Do you think Ill progress by eating all that shit? I have to be SURE, because I've alreadyl ost so much time.

I'm in panic /fit/. For real. My life is slipping by, and I'm still looking like a 14 years old boy at 21.

I know that they have the same mass but wouldn't it be more difficult to lift 9x5lb plates since their centre of mass will further away from body? Like how when you try to lift a bar from one end its much harder because it's centre of mass is away from your body. So technically people who lift multiple 45s could be lifting even more then it seems.

you have the same amount of weight on both sides, it cancels each other out. the center of mass is in the middle, the entire weight might as well be directly below your hands attached to the bar.

As a fatty trying to lose weight, should I take shit like L-carnitin?
I think I read somewhere that it has benefits on skin tightening.
But I know some, if not most supplements are cashgrabs.
What's your advice on the matter, /fit/?

Eat a good amount of red meat and green vegetables and don't fuck with wheat or soy.
These things alone will help get you where you want to go.

How do you stop cravings?
