I just started my first 8 week cycle of 10 MG ed lgd 4033 yesterday. Anyone know when the effects begin to kick in and are noticeable?

I had a great experience with lgd my first go. I just finished 45 days of cardarine+LGD+andarine triple stack on keto with a 500 calorie deficit.
Got alooot leaner and my lifts went went up.
With my lgd experience first go around it was about two weeks in when I felt anything. One big thing lgd did give me was very achy joints.

What the fuck is my problem?

I want to be a runner, but I am so fucking awful at it.

I am 5'9, 160 lbs

The best I can do is a 9 minute mile

When I run every muscle seems to protest, I run out of breath quickly, I build up phlegm and it feels like I am going to choke to death

I got some nike fitness shoes but would like some of those adidas lifting shoes. I do notice my heels lifting in squats. I correct it but it's just something that i dont want to worry about. I don't like lifting barefoot either

Nobody fucking cares what you are wearing. If you are squating or deadlifting however I wouldn't really recommend those wobbly soles. I'm wearing Tiger Aarons,they have a flat sole and are good for doings those 2 exercises. Maybe take chucks. But really,nobody fucking cares what you are wearing in the gym unless you are built and ripped as fuck or a girl. I think you are neither

Its effect is basically irrelevant.

Albuterol on the other hand, is a safer clen.

Ive used it and lost 3kg (7 pounds or so)
In a week, with only a 500 kcal deficit.
And it was basically all fat as well. Albuterol spares muscle.
Wouldnt reccomend it if you have heart problems or hypertension

What could be the reason for gaining 10 pounds after a month of gym-going?

I've been eating maintenance (~2300 calories) which includes 2-3 protein shakes a day. Keep in mind this is after being completely sedentary.

10 pounds of muscle in a month sound absurd, but I guess initial gains would come more quickly?

Well let's say you're miscalculating your calories, which you probably are. So you probably gained maybe 2 lbs from that. Then, the water weight, you can definitely be storing another 5 lbs of that. Plus the shit and digesting food in your system from eating at a surplus. It's reasonable for you to appear to have gained 10 lbs in a month. Don't delude yourself into believing it's muscle. You did not gain 10 lbs of muscle in a month. You'll be lucky to gain 10 lbs of muscle in 6 months, and you won't gain any muscle eating a maintenance. You should read the sticky I think.
