How serious is this board about getting fit?

Ignoring all the jokes I want to know how about people's lives and how much time do they put into their daily routine

Are you someone who works out a few hours and has a regular wage 9 to 5 job?
Are your results ever going to be the same as bodybuilders who use steroids and perhaps work part time to spend more time resting and getting in shape?

I'm 22 year old who is a slave to work at the moment and I'm thinking about switching part time or taking a few months of vacation since I haven't had many hours to rest on top of interfering with my diet and workout routine it's just terrible, I've lost weight and can say I'm fit but I'm skinnyfat right now even with this half assed diet not working due to many reasons I think if I seriously had less stress and time consuming things to do I could get better results?

I'm in uni, and I do 1.5 hours a day of callisthenics three days a week. Progress is slow. I used to run as well but got lazy. But I have gone from pathetic tier to average, so I've been staying motivated. I'm going to try to dedicate a lot more time to it during the summer, mainly more intense calisthenics's and probably some lifting as well.

Hulk structure is generally thick bones, wide hips, massive ribcage, massive joints, and oversized hands and feet.

Generally this structure is considered bad for bodybuilding, as it shows less contrast with muscles, but it is good for strength.

If someone has this kind of structure is strongman/powerlifting Bear mode the only way to go?

Has anyone ever build a men's physique type of body on such a frame? Did it look ok?

That is one of the few guys to both squat and deadlift over 900 pounds. His bench is well over 500, and his OHP is 430+. You could bulk and GH and Roid all you want, but you need a massive frame to ever get close to those kind of numbers.

I was kinda slacking on my cut. Eating good and clean during the weekday then binging hard on the weekends. Then I began to binge eat. Binge for a day or two then don't eat for a day or two. Rinse, wash, repeat. for like a month my weight stalled. Trying to get these last 15 lbs off but it's rough.

But this week I've gotten back on track so I hope to keep at it

Fuck, I need to be depressed more often. I actually start over-eating when positive things are happening in my life, then i under-eat when things are going shit.....my bodyfat is an indication of my current happiness level basically.

If you aren't laser focused on accomplishing your goals and would do anything to achieve them, then you aren't serious about reaching them. You're also not being realistic. Everyone wants to lose weight but no one wants to stop eating crap all day and not exercising. This is not reality. You can't just decide to be fit one day and wave a magic wand, it takes hard work and sacrifice for a lot of people. This disconnect with reality is why we have the FA and HAES nonsense; fat people who aren't being realistic to the fact that being fit and healthy requires dedication and change.

My advice is to find out if it's something you really truly want. You'll know how dedicated you are when you are faced with that question. Be fat, or be fit. It's really up to you.
