I've heard the rumor, "Cardio kills gains" but is it really true?
Like, I want to train my body for strength but need a bit of stamina too. Is there a good way to incorporate cardio into my workout routine without fucking up my gains? Or should I just ignore it all together and just keep lifting?

Redpill me on the impact of alcohol on my gains. I'm on my first cut and usually have 2 drinks about twice a week. Is this acceptable or should I just cut it out completely?

Any /fit/itens drug users? Weed, coke, pills whatever..
I've recently started doing stimulants again and while they're fun and help me focus and train but they ruin my bulk because I can't eat for shit. Any all stories and advice welcome.
