I just found out that doing pullups from a dead hang can be a bad idea if you don't pack your shoulders. I've been doing dead hang pullups with a pause at the bottom for a pretty long time now and I always relax fully at the bottom. But I don't feel any pain or weirdness doing pullups. Am I fucked or not?

I had one.
Literally walk really slowly and carefully everywhere. Then build up to a stroll and then a jog. If its modular run with the minimum amount of weight you can. If you run wearing it straight away it will destroy your joints like a motherfucker.
Otherwise use them for sand-based training like bare foot beach runs or circuits.

Mine has never looked 100% clean like pic related and I'm sick of it.
I'm 28 with nice skin and no acne anywhere accept my nose. It's the only area that's shiny/greasy and always has little red spots or blackheads
