A couple of beers don't do shit to your cut but add a couple of calories. But if you're someone who drinks a bunch of beer daily, you have to choose between beer or eating food because you'll never make it with that many calories.

Personally I drink liquor on ice, or vodka+water+lime nowadays, fuck beer.
