I'm gonna be too poor to afford the gym until September, gonna have to put my membership on hold.

All I have at home is a training mat, an ab wheel, and a pair of dumbells. What routine will hit all muscle groups? Here's what I have so far:

>push-ups
>crunches (maybe alternating with ab wheel)
>dumbell squats
>dumbell rows
>floor hypers
>dumbell OHP

Not too worried about legs since I'll also be jogging daily, so the only major muscles I can see that are missing are lats (don't have anywhere to do pull-ups).

Also calisthenics general I guess

7 months of training. 21/male/5'8'', gained 10 kg from 54 kg to 64 kg. I feel much more confident now. Thoughts?

So I wanted to start training twice a day. In the morning mostly cardio and calisthenics while at night do more weight training (Wendler type stuff.) I have been lifting for about about two years and want to get more endurance as opposed to only being big. My question really is will I be overworking if I stick to this about 4-6 days a week. Also any tips to keep it more be more efficient are appreciated. Currently ~70 inch, ~165 lbs.

That's not something anyone can tell you. It'll depend on your individual recovery ability.

Try adding two AM workouts a week. If it goes okay, lighten the workouts, add a third, then build back up. Repeat until you're at six days or feeling maxed out.

Do it the other way around. You can improve endurance when already fatigued but not strength.
