Greyskul just tells you what accessory exercises to do instead of allowing you the flexibility to choose your own like ss does.

A few of you may remember me from when I was pregnant. So I cut down like 15 pounds just to get rid of the stomach. It's almost gone but should I just keep cutting until the middle of May then bulk or vice versa?

A 100kg Bench by a guy who weighs 65kg is more impressive than a guy who weighs 100kg.

is a workout that doesn't make you sore supposed to be effective? I've started doing bodyweight training a week ago and I haven't gotten half as sore in the second and third workout as i did in the first. should I improve the number of reps and sets?

I'm a skinny ectomorph, 6'0 158lbs btw.

Guys 3 days ago i decided to increase my dumbbell weight and i added 3kg (now 13kg each) i started working out, i could do the exercises but honestly it was hard af and the next day my muscles were hurting so fucking much, i mean they always hurt but they never did this much. did i do something wrong? did i fuck up my muscles?

Also, the weight of dumbbells should vary with the exercises - you shouldn't be using the same weight for lateral raises and shoulder press (as an example). Also, adding 3kg when you started with 10kg is a pretty large increase all at once.

This is caused by sitting all the time, AND.... by doing crunches! According to Elliott, Vince Gironda was avidly against crunches and leg raises, and even kicked people out of his gym for doing them, because they shortened the hip flexors, and this led to bad posture and a less aesthetic physique.

What does /fit/ do to avoid shortened hip flexors?
