I'm 1.85 but 58 kilos. Underweight lanky skelly. But whenever people see me, they tell me that I have a lot of potential in lifting. That I'm wasting my body because I have one of those bodies that can be shaped beyond good.

Is this true?

Moving to a new area for a new job/college. I'm 19 years old and fairly attractive, but I'm pretty skinny. Want to lose my virginity but I feel like this is holding me back. My husband and I are trying for our first child

been laid up awhile from injury
just got my leg and back brace off yesterday

I am so desperate to start working out regular again

I really want to push myself

everything I have read says to not take on a new workout regimen when pregnant but I don't want to sit around getting fat & weak

wat do?

If I run and lift all through pregnancy, what is the worst that will happen?

will the baby be born with giant traps or futa or something?

done cutting to 155lbs w/o using any pills (19yo 6'1)
currently trying to increase strength, muscle show and building little muscle mass with 155g of protein a day.

thinking about starting with turinabol to minimize liver damage and to see how my heart reacts to continuous mid-high blood pressure. are the results worth the effort and money, or should I start with a winstrol treatment?

Any of you ever had troubles with stys?

Have on that is on and off for the past fucking 4 months. Sometimes it's hardly noticeable and sometimes it's fucking ugly as fuck.

I've done all those treatments you'd find with a simple google search.

How to get rid of it forever? Fuck reeeee.

I've been hitting 40 sets (each set for 10 reps) per workout for the last 2 months and it's been unbelievable.

I always do the 40 sets in about 1 hour so it's intense. Sweat pouring and the muscles are burned the next day.

3x8, 5x5, 3x5, 4x6 and similar set/rep schemes are garbage and IMO you have to be a quick gainer to benefit from it.

So try it out if you can. Beat the shit out of the muscle group you're working that day. You will gain some serious definition and size. See pic related.

So I'm doing this hypermanlet's program, the six week one.

how the ufck is this gonna happen? coach rip only ever had me do 5 reps on dl for one set and it was always brutal

also when testing maxes for this, I only got to 225lb on bench clean, I hit 245lb but it was kind of ugly and bouncy, what number should I use?

you should be able to do 6x82-85% of your 1RM, so 2 series of 80% don't seem impossible. I;m not saying it will be easy though.

My younger brother who is 17 has just been told by his GP (doctor) that people shouldn't lift until their early 20s because their spine is still growing.

Doc even says that stuff like benchpress is a no-go, as it still partially loads the back.

What should my younger brother do? He doesnt want to fucking wait for 4-5 years to start lifting.
