tl;dr Personal trainer has been working out with me for free, what do /fit/?

>Personal trainer (PT) recently approached me in gym, made small talk. A week later, asks if I want to workout together.
>Decide to meet-up, after each workout he invites me to join him for another workout/chooses a time.
>PT in great shape, doesn't really gain much from workout out with me.
>PT occasionally texts me. I'm new to the area, he's offered to show my fiance and I the area.


PT knows I'm engaged. I'm thinking 1 of 3 things is happening:
1. He is trying to subtly persuade me to sign up as a client.
2. He wants the D
3. He is just a nice/outgoing guy, looking to workout together.


I enjoy working out with the guy, but I'm wondering if he has an alterior motive. Your thoughts, /fit/?

If it makes any difference, he's not a certified PT. He only get set-up as one because he knew the manager/the gym needed a PT that spoke Spanish for a client.

So he only has one client, Doesn't appear to have a day-job. Yet he also appears to have $$ -- he's planning on a trip to Vegas in May.

>tfw never worked out legs a day in my life in the past 4 years.
Im kinda ashamed. Like Ive only been working out my upper body. Really I just wanted a 2pl8 bench. Good news is though that Im a little above that right now. But recently Ive taken an interest in legs.
Now my legs arent piss weak. Ive never done weights with them but I ran track and have done jumping squats intensely back then. But I cant squat weights for shit. A doctor actually told me once that my quads were really developed compared to my hamstrings. Which makes sense considering my stats.
Im trying to get the 1/2/3/4 holy grail of lifting.
I got the 1/2. I cant really squat for shit. And I have 3.5 deadlift.
Main issue for squating is I think my hamstrings. My legs dont feel comfortable lifting. So my question is how long will it take my hamstrings to catchup to my quads. Considering I can deadlift 3.5pl8 (most Ive tried, probably could do a little more without breaking my back), I dont think my legs are too far behind.

I hate the thought of working legs but once in in the gym moving multiple times my bodyweight there is nothing better.

My Gf got me one because her mother got all of the girls on her side of the family one and they use it to stay motivated/competitive.

That doesn't make me walk too much more than I normally would, but it lets me know how many calories I burn so that I can better track my cut/bulk

Hey /fit/ I had a question that doesn't seem to have a clear answer and that's just simply someone who's chubby like me and is just starting to get fit, should they bulk first then cut or vice versa?
I weigh 210 and 6'0 and I have a BMI of 28 and have a BFI of 15% (according to those hold your hands in front of you devices) and I want to be big and strong but with good toning.

So what should I do first?

I have a physical test in early May and I absolutely have to increase my bench. The trouble is that I have plateaud pretty hard at 185lbs. Best and fastest way to increase it to 205lbs x 8?
