How do I stay motivated?

I always fall back to not wanted to go work out because I feel lazy, tired and generally a lack of energy. I'm a nolife computer gamer so I get easily re-attached to just sitting on the computer all day, instead of being productive.

I don't really eat well, I go to bed too late, I wake up late. How do I change mentality and habbits?

Simple math is the solution.

(Average Life Span) - (Current Age) = (Time left on this planet) / 2

Example. 85 - 30 = 55/2 = 26(ish).

In this example you have about 26 good years left to enjoy life until you start looking at depends and nursing if you DON'T GO OUT AND FUCKING LIFT TO YOUR POTENTIAL.

how old are you? it's not just a meme when people say they 'grew out of' gaming, i'm 23 and it just doesn't interest me like it used to 5 years ago when i used to spend 5 or 6 hours a day on RPGs, most of the guys i used to play with are the same.

otherwise it's down to willpower, there's no advice here that anyone will give you that will have a lasting effect, that's up to you

Getting fit has played a role in gainimg confidence, but it wasn't a direct correlation. My advice is to get fit, reassess your strategy, then go from there. I doubt my specific path would work for many people.

I try to focus on my lifts but lately the lust is so strong.

Hey fit. So i finally got my semen analysis and test results back. Both were pretty bad. My test is 292 ng/dL outside the normal male range of 300-950. I do have a massive vercocelle on my left testicle which when repaired with micro surgery should add 109 to bring me up to ~400 ng/dL. However I want to be at least in the 600 range (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23561709). I have considered TRT but i also want to have children and TRT kills your natural test and ability to produce sperm. I am considering Clomifenen and human chorionic gonadotropin as these seem to increase the test ratio to estrogen. After i have children I will switch to straight Test because I wont care about my nuts anymore.

Can anyone give me any advice or has been in a similar situation?

i roughly weigh around 56kg i struggle to put on weight i eat around 3000kcals a day and work out around 4 times a week i recently gained 2kg in around a month but due to work didnt work out for 2 days n didnt eat right for 2 days anyone else have this problem and any solutions on how to keep the weight on? i seem to be getting stronger but i want mass and i just cant seem to put much on any help would be great

Carbs serve as the body's main energy source. It's only a worry when you also consume a load of fat, as it's the body's next priority in energy when no carbs.
So if you eat a bunch of fat and carbs, and DON'T burn the energy off, your body will store the excess for later use: body fat.

I can do like 5. They are really fucking hard, unlike with push ups, you actually have to lift your entire bodyweight with handstand push ups.
