I've found that sunflower seeds are amazing for trying to lose weight if you have a habit of snacking during the day

Is anybody else afflicted with seemingly all of their fat is located on their stomach?

Why the fuck can't it be distributed evenly over my.body, everything else is lean as fuck except my stomach. I got my bodyfat tested and it's 10% and yet only my top abs are showing

Okay so when I'm at gym there is this 9/10 fair skin, black hair, blue eyes, perfect booty, heavenly blessed beauty who stares at me constantly when I'm training and even when I walk past her. I usually just keep my head down and pretend I don't give a fuck whilst listening to music. I'm probably the strongest at my small gym by a long shot (190kg deadlifts for 10 reps and 150kg squat for 8 reps) which I know isn't that great for 4chan standards but everyone stops to watch when I do my sets pretty much. Anyways I pretty much never hold eye contact with her because I feel she is too good for me even though I know I'm attractive and at my best can get with most girls. But atm I'm unemployed as fuck, mainly because I'm joining the military. But I feel like my chances are low as fuck atm but I don't want to miss the opportunity at the same time because she is a fucking goddess. What do?

Is it okay to work legs and back on consecutive days once a week? I've heard people suggesting not to do it, but it's kind of impossible for me to avoid. I do a 3 day split, 2 times each 6 days a week. So there's going to be at least one day where I'm doing back/biceps and legs/shoulders back to back. I have never had any problems with it but I just want to make sure I'm not setting myself up to get hurt or something.
