What should I work on the most? Right now my focus is on regaining strength. My arms are my weakest asset, I think.

Obviously not the leanest in this pic, but it shows my proportions well.

You have a thick core so should really smash the lats/shoulders to give you a V. You also have no traps.

if im struggling to feel the burn

do I increase the reps and decrease the weight or keep struggling with the weight im at?

I can do 12 reps
but not more than that
but I dont feel the burn and im not getting stronger

I can't decide if my slow and precise setup or the fact I only deadlift 355lb at about his weight makes mine look autistic compared to his.

lol i did the same as you since jan and I lost 20 lbs when i started from 162 to yesterday weight myself at 140.3 lbs. i have a a very similar diet to yours but I'm started to switch potatoes and rice to something different, like for example greek yogurt or something. time to go keto b r e h.

Do you take your weight with or without a pump?

I can easily get 5+ lbs with a pump so I was wondering.

Unpumped. You are usually in that state so it makes the most sense.

What is the typical amount to gain from a pump? I only gain 2-3 lbs but one of my friends gains a good 10lbs. He's bigger than me so I guess it makes sense.

Hey guys, so I happen to be in a bit of trouble. So ive been in the delayed entry program for the marines for a while now and i just got probation because I'm not meeting the required amount of chin ups to get into bootcamp, if I can't do atleast 2 chin ups I'm getting discharged from the dep and and if I can't do 5 I'm fucked. Anyway I can get better at them?
