I'm planning a trip to the beach in a few summers, and I'm just wondering if anyone could give me some advice to help me progress from my current body to something more along the lines of this pic, which is my long-term goal physique.

Okay guys I am being completely serious no trolling, I recently got a SEAL challenge contract and head to bootcamp this summer. I can do alot of pushups pullups situps and I can run and swim like a champ. The only problem is I weigh basically nothing, and have barely any muscle mass. I am 18 I weigh 160 pounds, and I am 5'11. What are some ways I can put some mass on before I head to bootcamp and BUD/S? My recruiter told me not to worry about getting big, because the huge muscluar guys have a harder time in BUD/S but I feel like I will be the skinniest guy there. I would really appreciate any advice, thanks in advance!

9/10 times im good and stay within my calorie limit. ill take a few cals from another meal so i can have a little snack. Sometimes tho i wanna drink and that day i go over by a lot. I factor in 1-2 beers on some week nights but on a weekend, especially if im at a beach, ill have 15-20 drinks. Ill eat straight protein for my meals on those days to do some damage control but its bad

PPLxULx or something would be fine. Do pull first so your deadlifts don't get in the way. People make too much fuss about routine. Just do big compounds and progress on them and you'll be fine. How you split up your lifts is much less important than diet, consistency, and work ethic.
