Hey /fit/, is there a way to increase my libido?
I'm male, 25 and in the normal weight range. I fap roughly 2 times a week and have no problems. Could fap everyday, multiple times a day if I wanted to. But when my gf asks me for sex, I'd rather do something different because I feel too lazy. She is attractive and not fat, but I can't seem to get aroused that quickly anymore. Maybe it's because of the condoms, the noisy bed or school related stress, but I need to know the root cause of this.
I had my bloodwork done last summer and my "TESTO" was 6.53 ng/ml. (it says 2.8-8.0 are normal)

My condo gym has exclusively machines. Practically no free weights. And most machines have 15lb plate increments. I'm new at this (31 y/o, 175lb, 25% BF, muscle atrophy due to lazy sedentary lifestile), and when doing something like bench press fro example, I can do either less than 4reps per set at 150lb, or 10+ reps at 135. Which ones should I do? When doing 10+, I feels more like cardio, but with 4reps, I don't feel like I'm getting a workout done. And at what point do I move to next increment?
A 5 or 10 lbs dumbbell can be saddled on top of the weight stack to achieve intermediate weights.
