As a skellington, would working out in a gym help me or damage me further?
My issue is appetite and I know that you must eat big to get big. Would lifting heavy objects against the will of gravity fix that?
Could any fellow auschwitz survivor share his experience?

pretty much that op, exercise the best way you can (even if just running), get lost of sun light and fresh air (dunno why but it helps getting an appetite, if you leave near a park or a forest go jog for a bit there). once hungry eat as much as you can (as cleanly as you can too, no need for store-bought/doritos style garbage) as fast as you can (so you dont lose the appetite mid food intake).
once you put on some pounds, hit the iron hard

Hey /fit/, I'm broken as fuck right now. I was seeing a girl for some time, fell in love then she left me. Got really sick before that, vomited after every meal an lost 20+ lbs. I also live in a shit country with 200 euros average salary, mine is even lower than that. My father can't work and is waiting for an operation because of physical injury and my mother is unemployed too. I'm tempted to go an hero, every day I think about it, but I'm not such a coward to leave them helpless and heartbroken...Please bros, is there any way out of this? I'd be happy with making money off internet too, even if it's 200-300 euros a month. I'm really struggling to keep fighting, please if there is a way I could use some help...

FUCK ME /FIT/ I REALLY DID IT THIS TIME

SNAPPED MY SHIT UP REAL GOOD

so for the past couple of weeks I've had this mild discomfort in the lower region of my back whenever I moved into certain positions. it didn't really hurt so I just pushed through it and did my routine as usual.

today however was a different story.
I did my warm up sets for squats and once I started my final warm up at 175 lbs, i felt some actual pain in my lower back which didn't let me go father down than a quarter of the way.

I REALLY don't want to go to the doctor and have him tell me to stay away from the gym, but I don't want to make my shit even worse

the real problem is, I can't do the bb row, squat, and deadlift portions of my routine without it hurting my lower back. what the fuck do I do now?

PLEASE help me /fit/ you're my only hope

my current routine is

bench 3x8
bb rows 3x5
dips 2x8

My biggest problem right now is I suffer from strong anxiety around people because I don't feel manly in the least.

I'm 22, but weighing 120lbs and having a small face makes me look like a 14 years old who hasn't gone through puberty yet.

Is there anything, and I mean ANYTHING to age myself? I just want to look more masculine and older.

Living like this is fucking hell. I just want to look a couple of years older in the face.

Sort of related, but I stalled on my weighted pullups, then switched to 3 x F bodyweight for a few weeks, and I just switched back to weighted with good results.

ITT: post recipes and foods that are good for you while not being super fucking expensive. Also be mindful of macros.

Here's something I started eating every breakfast (and lunch too) which I found pretty good
Dry Bagel (can add butter)
2-4 boiled eggs (depending on how much beans you have) which are then scrambled into a mix pinto and lentils beans
+some milk for those dere fat/protien gains

gets me enough energy to power through my workout + 30 min cardio

is chicken worth the $$$? im thinking about adding it to my diet too

For chicken, it depends. Just calculate how much you pay your chicken and how many prots it have. Then do it with frozen fish and protein powder, you'll have your answer. But basically powder is cheaper.
