How much weight could I aggressively lose in say six weeks /fit/? I'm going to Vegas with my gf and wanna look simply shredded.

Stats: 5'10" 190
BP: 315
DL: 465
S: 375 torn MCL though so haven't squatted recently
OHP: 185
BF: 15% ish

Routine: 5-day high volume split
Diet: ultra low calorie keto (1200 or so) five days a week and normal eating with high protein two days a week.
Supps: EC stack, regular ass whey

Should I ramp keto up to all week with refeed every four weeks? What do?

I played video games all my life until age 23-24. Then I started lifting. Now I am 30, I haven't touched a video game since. Feels pretty weird in a way, considering the fact most people I know my age still play video games at least casually.

I went from being the massively obsessed gaming faggot to not being interested at all in them. Very scary how that changed so fast when I discovered lifting.

Eat smaller bites, chew more thoroughly, a longer meal gives more time for the feeling of full to settle in.
I started eating my rice with chopsticks because it's fucking hard and takes much longer. By the time I'm done I feel full.

Alright /fit/, skinnyfat here, I have been doing basic cardio and jogging for the past month now, along with some basic dumbbell workouts and squats (all I really have access to are dumbbells at the moment) any advice on how to see better results.
