I work a similar job with similar hours. Honestly you get used to the workload. Biggest gains goblin is the lack/quality of sleep. Jobs like ours are great for cutting too because of the increased TDEE.

I'm currently 160 at 5'10, thinking of losing 10-15 more lbs before i bulk. I'm also on my third month into lifting. I just hit 2pl8 squat and diddy . and 1pl8 on my Bench,rows and frontsquat. and 40 kgs on my OHP. My Question is, Is it possible to cut without losing strength/muscle mass? and if it's possible how can i do it? I'm already eating 120-140g protein per day on a 1500-1800 calorie diet.

Sunscreen daily is supposedly the best thing you can do. Vitamin C serums are supposed to really help with complexion as well. Preventing wrinkles and all that
