Fat kids/teens are constantly bullied in school for being overweight, even more so if they're whale status.

I think in the past, you know 90s and such, people would use that piss poor experience to light the fire that would take the from fatass to normal weight.

But now there's the internet, so when these teenagers before would start jogging in the morning before school, now you google 'Being fat' you get such conflicting feel-good articles that say it's not the INDIVIDUAL'S FAULT that they're out-of-shape, but community and bullies fault or what have you.

And that just snowballs, they start getting more involved with the 'feel good, body positive' movement that gives them great comfort and makes them feel like they're fighting for a noble cause, instead of just putting in the work (which requires much more effort) to lose the weight.

Hey I'm not exactly lifting big figures or anything but as my weights have been progressing up I've noticed my grip is starting to fail on bent over dumbell rows and lat pull downs.

I have to stop the last few reps of my set just to get my grip again. I work all day on the computer and spend a lot of my free time on the computer as well, I don't know if this could be a contributing factor?

Any tips for improving grip strength? I'm going to invest in one of them hand grip things you squeeze but just wondered if anyone else had a similar problem and how they corrected it?

Trying to get abs /fit/

I am pretty thin and fit, I just don't have good abs. almost 5'7, 135

I do a lot of Cardio.

What should I do for good abs? I've been doing situps, planks, penguins...how long will it take?

Hey /fit/

First time on this board, but I thought it might be a good place for advice

How do I go about getting thinner arms? I don't have fat arms, just have always had rather muscular arms and now I'm not looking to attain some that are more female like. I've already lost all definition over the past year or so, just looking to atrophy/get them thinner. They aren't really losing any mass.

I do a mix of fasting with ketosis. Makes me feel great and I shed fat like no tomorrow while even gaining strength.

It works for some, doesnt work for others, I have tried IIFYM and carb cycling but iv noticed if i consume over 100g of carbs a day, 9 times out of 10 ill feel like shit. Even 1 cup of oats will put me to bed.

Only thing I can say is, try it out and see it for yourself.

Personally I wake up at 7, go for a fasted walk with EC and Apple cider vinegar/green tea extract for that thermogenic effect. And eat my first meal at 12. last meal at 6pm.

Mix of intermittent fasting and Ketosis

If i do a back bis/chest tris split, where do the following exercises fit in?

>shoulder press (hits back and tris also)
>rear delt flys (back and tris also)
>chest flys (hits front delts and bis also)

And shoulder isolation stuff like lat raises and front raises?

Basically i want to try to hit the gym 6 days a week (currently doing this with an upper/lower split, but i can't keep up with the volume on legs) and am having trouble figuring out where to put a lot of the shoulder stuff.
