These three links helped me a lot, make sure to be strict on the diet and lose a bit over 25 pounds to account for water weight. We're all gonna make it.

I've done both ways, keto and just regular calorie counting. In terms of fat loss, they both work equally well. If you eat at a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. It literally CAN'T work any other way.

With keto, I didn't even need to track calories. I just ate and it was enough to keep my cravings in check, while staying at a deficit. (i.e. the goal of ANY diet plan.)

With regular calorie counting, I do have to track the calories and the cravings are stronger.

it should work, acne in adults is mostly caused by diet

but if youre still in puberty theres barely
anything you can do about it

+ if you have sensitive skin you might have to find a product that works for you. I am sensitive skin still havent found anything

lately i've started getting worse and worse back pains, but they are mild so far. how do you cope with it. i don't think it's because of lifting since i don't squat or deadlift >inb4 curlbro
for that exact reason. it may have to do something with my shitty posture whilst seating and sleeping. what do i do, what are some good posture excercises and sleeping position, and how do i heal my spine if it's possible. also post stretching exercises that help

This, if you aren't training your back as much as the front of your body your posture will be fucked up, and as a result you will have back pain. Deadlift, Rows, Pull ups, and Chin ups will all train the back. If you aren't doing any of these you fell for the meme.

anyway i do train the back, moreso than other muscle groups probably. i do chin ups, pull up, pulldowns, chest supported dumbell rows and simple dumbell rows, rear flyes and back extensions to work my lower back.

Hey /fit/ I've now lost 13kg and I want to go to the gym and fix my shit, I'm currently 82kg at 1,80m with no muscles

However I am worried that they'll have an "expert" make me a routine and it's going to basically be some running, some abs and some machines.
The last time I went to a gym, a few years back, it's what they did. And it makes sense because it's the safest and easiest thing to tell most people to do, right?

But you guys have told me it's wrong and I should be doing free weights instead of machines.
The thing is, I'm not an expert, in fact I'm pretty fucking flabby, so I lack any authority to tell their "expert" what my routine should be. And I can't just cite an online imageboard for homosexual anime posters.

What should I do? Should I just tell him I have a fear of machines? Maybe I find the chain going up and down scary, it's easy to lose a finger in there! Right?
