Hey guys I'm back with another question. I used to use creatine (only for a couple of months and over three years ago). If you saw my post a couple days back, you'll remember that for the next six weeks, all I'll be doing is cardio, chinups, push-ups, and dips. Would it be beneficial for me to begin using creatine again?

How to run faster?

I'm pretty fast already, but I have bad stamina. Been focusing on lifting for two years now and got my squat over 400lbs, I'm cutting back on squats for the summer since other lifts are lacking. So, I'll have more leg stamina to dedicate to running.

Is two days a week good enough for running? What specifically should I do to increase speed? I'd like to run at least 3 miles in 20 minutes.

Fat 1 gram = 9 calories
Carbs 1 gram = 4 calories

Do I need to add those to the calories on the label? For example 1 slice of bread has 70 calories and 10 carbs does that make it 110 calories or is that already factored in?

Hey, /fit/.

I don't browse this board ever, nor have I ever posted. And I'm a rookie at the whole fitness stuff, though I have quite a bit information, since 2 of my brothers, and couple of my friends work out. And I've done a little home workout before, but anyway, I'll just cut to the chase.

Is it normal that my inner ears/hearing goes little bit fuzzy and feels "clogged" after I've worked out, especially after situps or glute bridges. As if the bloodflow changes, sort of like when you stand up too quick, and your ears ring. Am I doing something wrong? I'd want to know right at start so I don't fuck up anything.

Does anyone have a 30 day cut program that they have used with some success? I have lost about 25lbs since the new year and have plateaued out. I need to drop about about 10-15 more to be at the BF% I want. Currently I am 200lbs 5'11.

Is this possible to gros muscle without equipment? I'm too poor to afford me a gym pass.
I mean to develop my shoulders, arms, back and chest without weightlifting, but only exercices like pushups, pullups, dips, ..
Or lifting things is master race?

If you want good gains gym is a must. For the sake of staying healthy and slow gains bodyweight is fine, don't fall for the memes and do cardio as well. Also, do mobility drills for when/if you join a gym form is important.

Growing is when your muscle rebuilt stronger from a stress.
In the beginning, bodyweight exercices will be enough stress for your muscles to grow, but at some point, your bodyweight won't be enough stress, so it will grow slower.
Weightlifting allows you to add weight (and thus progress) more easily.

Exactly. You're also able to isolate muscles, so injuries won't be as much of a problem as with calisthenics. Imagine fucking your trapezius, if you're doing calisthenics chins, pull-ups and shoulder press are out of the question. Weights allow you to work specific muscles, so you can still get strong biceps without your traps working.

Gyms are expensive but they're better than bodyweight. A weight vest can only handle so much, a barbell can handle hundreds of pounds.

How come when I'm cutting I have consistent inner-dialogue trying to convince me that I should eat, and that it's okay if I eat a bit more?


This doesn't happen in bulking phases.

Do skellies have the opposite problem?

As a recovered king of skeletons, I have the same problem when bulking. My turbo autismo solution is to imagine I'm a fucking viking heroically chewing and gobbling his meal with an epic battle song in the background (I can't hear the song in my head, I just imagine it's there and it works just as well).
