Weighted Pull ups 5x8
Reverse lunges 3x10 (each leg)

Perfect diet. Macros. Progressive overload. All I want is to be lean (cutting) and not skinny fat I'm the slightest.

Rate my routine?

3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadliftq
L 2x5-8 dips

3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Pendlay Rows
2x5-8 chin-ups

Little background, I'm 5"11 190 pounds. I gained 50 lbs in a year and a half. I have my own powerrack and weight +bench with dip attachments. I will be making noob gains.

Stats so far
170 lbs Squat 3x5
115 lbs bench 3x5
205 lbs deadlift 1x5

Also last question, should I eat at a surplus, deficit or maintenance knowing my weight?

I would say to just do Grey Skull LP if that is your routine. It is very similar except no squat and deads on the same day. I would also recommend eating at a defecit as 190 lbs at that height and those stats is pushing the limits of "skinnyfat" to just fat. GL

Diminishing returns means that the more you lift the less it'll do, one-two fullbody workouts a week would get the most bang for your buck.

I'm thinking of replacing OHP in my routine and doing a clean and press instead. Is this a good or bad idea?

I seem to get shoulder pain doing a standing ohp, and I'm not doing a faggy sit-down press.

if you start doing clean and press, aren't you still doing an OHP?

if you are actually doing something like clean and push press or clean and jerk, you should be able to do heavier weights, but that might make your should pain worse.

maybe try DB press and see if you can really isolate when/where/why your shoulder hurts.
