If you had to pick one, would you:

A) Focus on being strong and healthy, hit the gym, do your cardio, and just improve your body's shape and athleticism

Or

B) practice a martial art. Boxing, bjj, or whatever. Your only conditioning is sparring and bodyweight drills. Plus you also learn how to fight and be an alpha male.

Both is ideal obviously but what would /fit/ choose?

I'm fat. I'm 358 lbs. I'm 36 years old. I just started SL this week. I do 30 minutes of cardio after the weight training. I am eating 2000 calories per day 40% protein, 20% carbs, 30% fats. I drink water and black coffee now, nothing else. If I stick with this for the next two years, where do you think I'll be? I am just looking for advice from people that might know. Maybe people that have been where I am now and have been successful. I know I'm disgusting. I know I'm going to have loose skin. I know it's my poor life choices that have gotten me here to my current state.
