/CHOOSE YOUR MUSCLES/
Alright /fit/, let's play a game.
We know that certain muscles create certain desired aesthetics. We also know that we can't devote infinite time and energy to developing every muscle, and therefore need to prioritize.
"Choose Your Muscles" is a game I invented to help gain some insight into how we can choose what to focus on for our aesthetic goals. To create your own, feel free to play along with a free trial of Adobe Fuse - http://www.adobe.com/ca/products/fuse.html
(no shill, I promise. I literally couldn't find anything else on the web for this purpose that let you change more than waste and chest size...)
THE GAME: we have X different muscles/attributes that can be "powered up", but only Y "points" to "spend" on these muscles.
Muscles/Attributes:
- Neck
- Biceps
- Triceps
- Forearm
- Shoulders
- Pecs
- Waist (points reduce size) *** COSTS 2X POINTS (b/c this is so hard to change in RL)
- Glutes
- Thighs
- Calves
Points: you have 500 POINTS to spend across 10 attributes (with waist improvements costing double), where each attribute can be improved up to +100.

For example, here's one I made:
Neck: +100
Shoulders: +100
Forearms: +100
Waist: +100 * 2
(for a 500 point total)
Note of course you can do things like triceps +67, biceps + 33, etc.
I'm still figuring out a few things with the software and the best way to set up this game. Right now I'm starting with a default "athletic male" with +0 for everything. Maybe we could also try starting with a skinnyfat fag for fun later and see what muscles improve him the most.
Also figuring out how to do different poses.

Feel free to post full sets of how you'd spend your 500 points, and I'll get around to creating some of them with screenshots later.
Feel free to also post suggestions for how we can improve the game, I see this as a potentially very useful aesthetic tool that can guide how we do our workouts.
In the future I think it'd be super cool if we could take 3D scans of our bodies, upload them into something like this, play around visually with the muscle groups, and then spit out a workout routine. Shit maybe I'll try building that as a software product one day...

Lol you gave me a good idea. Maybe one can choose max points based on their testosterone levels (in ng/DL). It scales pretty decently, healthy ranges are like 300 - 900 iirc.

Feel free to just use a positive value for waist, I think we all know that the numerical signage would mean "improve by making slimmer".
