if you're buying white bread, it is better to consume, if it's mass produced (unless from a baker)
mass-produced brown bread is tampered with, more than white bread.
How do you lot get your fibre? I just eat a stack of thick wholemeal bread because it's the only practical way of getting anywhere near what's recommended without making every single thing I eat fibre-intensive. Even fibre supplements are terrible, each tablet being only around 440mg of fibre. That's barely a supplement.
