What can I do to prevent this shit from happening again?

I can't even do 95lb barbell rows without snapping my shit up.....and doing 85lb rows makes my form suffer because of the difference in plate size.

is it normal to feel a "tingling" sensation on the sides of my forearms and wrists while doing barbell rows? should I be worried or just power through it?

I've watched the videos and regularly form check myself in the mirror and as far as I can tell I'm doing everything correctly

Something about doing rows with a straight bar killed my wrist and elbow joints for days afterward when I started rows, ez-bar didn't cause the issues and now straight bar doesn't bother me as much.

This is the most I've ever weighed.

Can you guys rate my progress and physique?

How can I become more autistic? I am sick of hanging around normies taking time from the gym and not making optimal gains due to my lack of interest in autismically programming my lifts. I also watch anime but I think I would get greater enjoyment out of it if I was more autistic. Plus, I need to learn math and computer programing languages for my major and austim would help me. I'm already a little awkward but how do I become a full on austsimo robot? Has anyone here had any successes becoming autistic?

Yes, I was fairly normie-ish before coming here. Watch more anime and just participate in threads until you start speaking in memes. I have used the terms "manlet" "j00cy" "fuarkin zyzz-brah" "eat big to get big C'MON" irl around normies at my university.
