It won't snap for average, natty lifter. unless you do something extremely retarded. Tendons are designed to withstand many times the force your muscles can produce.

Whenever I do OHP, I get dizzy and I end up feeling exhausted and not wanting to lift anymore. This also happens sometimes during squats, and my vision gets slightly blurry.
I've been thinking that this is because I've previously been a nerd who didn't do any sports or physical exercise in a while so my heart is weak as fuck.
Would it be worth it to pick up running or do some sort of cardio for a while, even though this will probably limit the gains?
Ill pass along a small secret. When you start lifting. Lift 60-70% of your 1rm and do not lift to failure.
Don't think it's your heart really. It's more probably tightness / poor mobility resulting in nervous tension. OR you forget to breath properly.

I work out a lot and i eat between 1500 and 2000kcal. Three days ago i ate so much in total 3000kcal in one day. I was afraid to gain fat or weight but nothing happened, i still look good/the same. Does it take a while to gain the extra weight or fat or was i luck and i don`t have to worry if 3 days already went by. How come those 1000 extra kcal did not make me gain weight?

Hey guys, so I recently bought a bench dirt cheap and it looked pretty sturdy.
So, I've scoured the net and I can't for the life of me find any information on the weight rating.
It turns out, it was a part of a York 2001 Multi-Gym (Product No. #5000), but I only have the bench, none of the other gadgets.
I need to find out how much I can load on this bench without crushing my skull.
Has anyone used this bench before?
Can it handle 3pl8?
