Make your own routine. What you want is good exercises:

push-ups (standard and close-hand)
crunches (standard, reverse, oblique and air bike)
pull-ups
chin-ups

and the best exercise of all:
self-control. Your diet plays a huge part so count your macros. I wouldn't recommend just eating what feels right because you could be grossly underestimating how much your eating. count for a few until you recognise suitable portion sizes.

My back day isn't working too well for me, my leg day and shoulder day are working mildly well but not as much as they should. Can anyone help me improve?

So how do you guys transition into eating less? I am 5'11 and 180 pounds, not obese, but I still want to lose some weight, but holy shit trying to cut down on eating less and less is so fucking hard, any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

So in the last 2 years I've gone from 650+ pounds to 480 last month the only exercise I get is standing/walking at work and walking on the weekend 30 or so minutes and occasionally doing cross kneed girl push-ups. I would like some advice on how to start a workout regimen that would preferably be not to hard on my knees and lower back. Pic related my fat body scrunched up

If you have decent medical insurance, seriously consider consulting a Physical/Occupational Therapists. They're whole deal is exercises that are a simple starting place to getting stronger/being more mobile.

Hey, I'm new to fitness, and bodybuilding. I've found a workout that is ideal for my body type, and am enjoying the results.

I wanna know if weightlifting can change my facial aesthetics. I'm no jawlet, but I'm also no testosteronous monster.

The accompanying picture is of myself before starting my workout routine. I'm slightly clenching my jaw, and looking upwards out of insecurity. I want to know if as I progress, my facial structure will become more prominent.

Relevant information:

My bodyfat percentage in that photo is about 18%. My BMI is normal (slightly low). Height is 6ft. I am 18 years old in that photo (currently 20).

Will consistent aesthetic and strength training improve my face?

What other things can I do (aside from surgery and steroids) to make myself more masculine?

It was a Saturday and lots of casuals were there but I'm surprised so many people looked impressed with that low of a deadlift.

I was even lowering the weight slowly and placing it on the ground gently each rep, so I wasn't being loud or anything to attract attention.

I do PPLPPL and have high volume /light weight deadlifts on the second leg day on Saturday.

Hey /fit/

I have a really important fitness test that got moved forward by 4 months.

It involves pushups, and this is the only component worrying me.

I need to go from 20 to 40 pushups by the 20th of September (full, proper form).

How can I do this? What's the best way to train up to it?
