Found this really great PPLPPLR workout(noob gains are good) but recently I cannot find enough time to due my 30-45 minute workout. What do I do?

Bro a PPL IS a brosplit, it just combines biceps and back on one day and chest, shoulders, and triceps on another so you can do each muscle group twice a week.
