Is bulking more or less for people who are on gear?

As an average person, should I really be concerned with bulking? I put on far more fat than muscle on a calorie surplus while lifting/exercising.

Bulking is for guys who gain fat on chest and arms and shoulders. We've all seen the type. Some muscle and plenty of fat and they wobble around in their tanktops as if they're pro powerlifters.

You should only bulk enough that you're progressing on your lifts at a reasonable speed for your level of training, when you think you're getting too fat start doing a slight cut until you're satisfied and repeat.

Take it from someone who is having to take care of their aging father who thinks the floor is a toilet, won't eat or drink on his own, needs 24 hr supervision,has weekly Dr's appointments, and cannot go absolutely anywhere other than medical appointments...dying young sometimes may not be such a bad thing. Live old enough and you may just basically become a vegetable.

I feel lethargic after eating greasy/breaded/fried foods. That may not apply to you, but I would limit those foods just so you feel better in general and you don't risk weight gain becoming too high of a ratio fat:muscle.

Yes, all of that is high total fat and saturated fat, and most fat gets stored as fat intermittently, especially saturated fat and especially in a calorie surplus

That's just hilarious since the sugar in that food would be unlikely to contribute towards fat gain or ill health. It's all the fat in the stuff you listed, literally everything you listed is high in fat.

Optimally you should consume the protons in 4-6 meals, so the "until" is worrying

My gf lives in the middle of bumfuck, nowhere, WV.

She finishes school in the spring, and then probably she'll move in with me or whatever. Till then though, she's on a tight school schedule and can't leave, so I have to go to her, and the nearest gym to there is in the city about 45 minutes away.

Wat do bros? Is it worth it? Is she just my gains goblin, stealing my semen gainz and preventing me from lifting? I've gone a few times and I almost can't stand not squatting 3x a week with heavy ass weight. Talk about first world problems.

Does Intermittent Fasting even work anymore

I've been doing it for over a year. Only one meal per day, so I was basically doing 23.5 hour fasts daily. Every now and then I would skip a day altogether and go for a 48 hour fast. One time I did a 72 hour fast too, but on the morning of the third day I started feeling dizzy as shit so I didn't try it again. Lost nearly 65 pounds/30 kg in the first 3-4 months but the rest of the year has been a stalemate. I'm still doing it, since I actually like eating one huge meal per day, but weight is staying the same. Wtf should I do, I'm already eating at a deficit, did IF malfunction for my body all of the sudden?

you might get too little calories. in this case, your metabolism simply adapted. try increasing food overall by eating more nutrient-dense foods on that one meal or by increasing number of meals. if you don't work out already (or so some other type of sports), you should start (or try increasing intensity if you do).
