as a former vegan this is extra hilarious. all of them are so easily triggered. some animal rights activists in my city have public booths occasionally where people can see VR from the inside of a pig slaughterhouse, to "convert" them. I should do it and snack on some beef jerky

Everything about the Stay Puft Oil Man was fake--fake muscles, fake plates, fake height (wore lifts), fake tan, fake teeth (veneers), fake hair (transplant) and even fake face. He had tons of work done on his face (and every other part of his body) according to his ex-fiancee.

He bought expensive watches--and rented expensive cars--and then returned them after making a video showing them off. In other words, his possessions too were fake. His wife had fake tits. Hell, those probably weren't even his dogs.
I guess I couldn't blame him, though. He was like a Kardashian sister--he had no discernible talent but we knew who he was for some reason. And he seemed to do well by selling teenage boys on YouTube some weird, macho fantasy of being a badass who didn't give a fuck about anything when in reality he was one of the most insecure people in the world. And like a Kardashian, he was raised by a narcissistic SoCal mother with a plastic surgery addiction and a closet homo bodybuilder dad. It's surprising he wasn't even more screwed up.

I loved doing the stairmaster for cardio but quit the gym. Buying one will run you $7,000 minimum.
What equipment can i get for my home gym to simulate stairs?
consider running outside for free
I had one of those until I gave it to my dad. It's slow and boring but it does get your heart pounding. I already switch it up between biking and sprints but I think I'm gonna go buy another one now.
>>42653089
can you compare the feeling to something relateable?
i wanna order one off amazon but can't really find a good explanation for what you can compare it to. stairs? or is it incomparable
>rest 8 minutes between sets
Is this for real? Won't people think I'm a retard wasting time?
I've always just assumed that you could only rest for like 30 seconds
How long do you guys rest between sets?

How does it feel to be a woman psychologically?
I started having about two spoonfuls of raw honey before my running outside so I wouldn't feel hungry midway but I had no idea it was THIS good of an idea...

What does /fit/ think of the keto diet? I was fucking sceptical, but I've been dropping fat fast enough that I second guessed my scales. That said, I'm only doing one meal a day (usually meat with salad or veggies), with a protein shake before exercising, and eating cheese and pork scratchings through the day. I've cut out anything with more than .5g of sugar or carbs except the two-third glass of milk in the shake. Still it seems to be working fast, and I still question it even as I see the progress.
However, is it going to get in the way of building some muscle tone? I'm not going for maximum gains, just a healthy fit look.
>image the last meal with taters and beer I had before starting.

You lose fat at the same rate as any other calorie equivalent diet. If you're dropping insane weight quickly, it's probably mostly water.

>You lose fat at the same rate as any other calorie equivalent diet.
this
calories in, calories out

I found that YHCL while on keto+IF is much better than using it on a regular diet. Other than that it's all the same.
>go to the gym for the first time today

What's the point of intermittent fasting?
Calories in - Calories out. When I eat less than I consume, I lose weight. Does fasting help protecting muscle and using fat or am I missing something?
Don't get me wrong. It's been a week, eating around 1600-1700 kcals/day (TDEE is 2500) and I'm used to fasting already but just wondering the purpose behind fasting.
Lots of people find it easier to stay within their "calories in" limit when they only allow themselves to eat for part of the day
people have gotten shredded before any meme diets existed and i've yet to see clinical studies which suggest IF has any actual benefits in losing bodyfat, but i've had friends who have had success with it.
fasting is rooted in a lot of religious traditions and is considered a form of penance and self-control, so even if there is no genuine purpose to do it in losing weight, there might be other reasons to consider it.
>>42652503
IF can help with weight loss by just being a mental tool for helping you maintain dicipline. But physiologically? No, doesn't help. Long term fasting is just straight up bad for you, kills your gains.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD FUCKING MORNING
I'm starting my first "real" job this week in an office. What should I bring for lunch on a daily basis? Before, I was working shifts and had plenty of time to go home for an hour to cook up eggs and sausage. I don't want to spend much and need at least 50g of protein for lunch. I'm thinking I'll make wraps of some kind but I'm not very creative.
>>42652314
>Tuna or chicken
>Wholewheat pita
>Lettuce
30g protein and 30g carbs so just make double if you NEED 50g protein
>>42652325
This. Or sardines even.
>>42652325
Turkey is also a good one to keep things varied. Try to add spinach as well.
