My back day isn't working too well for me, my leg day and shoulder day are working mildly well but not as much as they should. Can anyone help me improve?
OP here. The capitalized muscle is what I work on the respective day with most focus, but the one in lower case letters I do a bit of extra for.

Do SS. This program you're doing--if it can be called a program--is complex and senseless.

I sense some jealous spergs who wasted their time on strength routines when all they really wanted was aesthetics.
Op don't listen to these fags, you are improving your looks and that's what matters
All that shit just to look like that lol.
Bulk the fuck up.
Try 5x5 stronglifts and get big, then worry about macros and shit when you are massive.
just pick 3 lifts and get strong on them
no point in all this volume right now

But he is 18 years old dude. Can't you see his potential? He is already training like a pro counting calories and shit. He is a 5%. How is he gonna become the next Mr Olympia without all of that volume??? He needs to count every single one of his calories and plan every single exercise or he will fail.

It's not hard literally just
>train each body part twice a week
>progressive overload
>do some compounds and isolation after
