I keep tweaking my lower back (mainly on the left side) and it always happens with squats or leg presses. I stopped doing deadlift because of this.
I've taken weeks off and the pain doesn't completely go away, it stays at 10%ish. Now I always wake up stiff every morning...
I've already seen an orthopaedist and it's nothing spiral related, just muscular.
This has been going on for months now. Has anyone had this happen to them? My form is fine, it's just a perpetual pulling that keeps happening for some reason

I've had this happen, mostly during squats since my lower back was a pile of shit for nearly a decade. When you've got a weak lower back you first let it heal and then you look for a way to fix the issue. Once I strengthened my back doing proper deadlifts my lower back issues went as well.

So /fit/ tell me what is up with those skinny chicks promoting high carb low fat vegan diets? They make promises of always being satisfied, being full of energy, healthy and being environmentally friendly which all of those sound appealing to me. They claim calories do not matter nearly as much as we think. This contradicts everything I read on /fit/ and forums like bodybuilding.com. I myself wonder how is it possible to eat so much sugar and carbs and be lean. Eating unlimited fruit sounds like a sweet(no pun) deal to me.

Those women eat over 2,500 a day at least. If you watch Freelee's videos she downs a 20 banana shake like every day. I eat anywhere from 1200 to 1800 calories a day, paleo based so much less carbs than the average person, and have 23%bf (I'm a woman)

Freelee literally eats 4,000 calories a day(shows it in her videos) and is very thin. She does bike but I don't imagine her burning ALL of it off, wouldn't she have to bike hours and hours every day? She pukes it up?
