My first gym had a bunch of soccer moms and old men, and every song was some shitty pop song. I could not get motivation when listening to "Oh my baby was so loooveelly! And the sky was clean and happy! Happy happy! Joyful times! WOOO!!"
So I went to another gym, only to have no music play and just a bunch of meatheads who would just give death stares and never communicate with eachother. Im what you call a lanklet, im 181cm/5.93ft, 62kg/136.6pound, and I am ashamed for it, been my whole life, and wish to change it.
I started working out 2 weeks ago, one day doing 15reps x 3 shoulders, byceps, and squats. Other day im doing 15reps x 3 abs, tryceps and breast.
Basicly, i just started, so if you reccomend me anything which would put me on the right way to fucking stop being a lanklet, i would really apricciate it.

In all seriousness start one of the beginner programs given in the sticky (SS/SL etc). You aren't doing enough compounds right now. Just eat as much as you can while laying off alcohol/candy/soda if you can. At this stage you just want to supply your body with nutrients (mainly protonz) and worrying about exactly counting calories comes later.
Actually this is all mentioned in the sticky so I'd advise reading it again

so i have this old lifting book written by brooks kubik, and he talks in 1 chapter about low volume training. he says that he plateaued at a while at 180 pounds with a 3 plate bench, 3.5 plate squat/dl. he changed his full body, high volume workouts (think like the intermediate or advanced reg park routines) to the following:
Day 1: squats 4-8x1, barbell curls 5x5, close grip bench 5x5
day 2: bench press 4-8x1, rows or pulldowns 5x5
day 3: deadlift or deadlift from knees 4-8x1, seated overhead press 4-8x1
from there, he states his weight began to inch up to 188, then 195, then up to 220, and his bench hit 4 plates, squat hit 6 plates, and deadlift hit 5.5 plates.
