How do you gain weight, mostly on your legs and butt?
My finance would hardly let me go to the gym and I have a bad time understanding much about calories or how should I eat on
a daily basis.
I'm an extremely thin female, ready for a change.
Any tip would be a helping hand!

/fit/ it's been two years. I have left my bodybuilding lifestyle to pursue other goals. I've become skinnyfat at the age of 27.

I didn't think it could happen to me, I thought I would be in better and better shape every year until my body started breaking down. Nope, just like everyone told me, I got sick of eating tuna and lifting 5x/week.

It was a gradual process but I am no longer confined by the need to look aesthetic. I am a cube monkey whose happiness is now based on how full my bank account is.

So I'd like to thank you guys for the Supermang memes, the support you gave me to reach my physical peak, the insults you gave me in the CBTs to motivate my autistic anxious ass to lift. It felt good and it still feels good to remember.

Sincerely, ex /fit/izen, now normie. Keep lifting brahs, we're all gonna make it one way or another.

Those arms must be what, 18-20 inches? Normally you've got to either have good genetics or be on juice to get arms that big, but his muscle still has that natty soft look to them, his forearms aren't ridiculous and his traps don't appear to be tugging his shirt up...so I'd say yes, he's natty, but he won the genetic lottery on his arms. I wouldn't bet on getting your arms that big though OP...if it happens, great, but expect something more normal, like 16 inches.

But eat calorie-dense foods (whole milk, peanut butter, etc). Figure out your TDEE. Start fucking lifting.

I was once a frequent browser of /fit/ and consistently worked out with a solid diet.

I was like this for 3 years but I started a University course and henceforth lost all interest in being /fit/

4 years on from my /fit/ days I've gained 50lbs and lost significant amount of strength

My problem is that I just can't motivate myself to have a strict diet and workout regime. I'm familiar with the sticky (as I said earlier; I was once one of you guys) and I have all the knowledge I need to become /fit/. But, my primary drawback is that I can't muster the inspiration to move forward with it.

I used to be inspired by Zyzz & (weirdly) being bullied, but Zyzz doesn't have the same effect on me anymore and I also no longer receive any bullying.
TLDR
My question to you guys is: what motivates you and what drives you to stay off the beaten path and stick with a healthy routine for long periods of time?

That is what inspires me, and pretty much the only thing that inspired me to even begin lifting.
Without him, i wouldnt be lifting. I wouldnt be on this board, i wouldnt give a shit about aesthetics, i wouldnt be obsessed with the gains.

How do I eat more, /fit/? Everytime I eat I am suffering, I lost any joy of consuming food, all I can see is a bundle of protein and carbs and I feel like I will never ever make it because I eat not enough (though I don't know how much I eat, I don't count it).
