Just got back from the gym and my gymbro (6'7 Stronk AF been lifting for years) says he can get me to at least 1/2/3 5RM by the end of February (for reference I'm at 95/135/160 ameriunits). I'm not sure if I believe him but he was hype about it and totally confident so I'm gonna eat relatively big and follow his lead. It's got me excited I won't lie.

But I didn't do my morning lifts. Made me kind of upset all day, which wasn't cool.
Finally put down the video game controller and went and did my lifting about 5pm.
Same gym. Different time of day. Feels like a totally different place for some reason.
Came home to eat a protein shake and shitpost on /fit/
