Deadlifts and squats will work them.
But the best is to hold a weighted barbell at your side (do it in a rack), or to get on a 45deg hyperextension/backextension and hold your body sideways while holding a heavy dumbell in one hand.
In both exercises, keep your trunk straight.

I want to get fit (again). A pretty embarrassing medical condition has forced me to stop doing sports a while back and has caused me to lose around 30 pounds of mostly muscle mass and all of my fitness. I've never done any real fitness, as I've spent most of my energy playing tennis and football, and doing cardio and basic calisthenics to support it.
My therapy is far from allowing a normal life, but it helped me gaining some weight again. So now I want to strengthen myself to offset the effects of my state worsening again, without being able to join a gym. I'm not interested in learning a dozen complicated exercises and ending up executing them with poor form, doing more damage than good.
How fit can I get at home using a barbell, rack and bench doing only
