-bench 5x5 with a new PR at 245
-incline dumbell with a new PR at 80lb dumbells 3x10

Had a very good lift.

Seriously. I have no respect for people who do not train their rotator cuffs. The rotator cuff is the single most important muscle group in the human body. Also, girls go crazy when they see developed rotator cuffs. Its like having abs on your shoulders/back. As an example, I am a 170cm manlet, I was at the pool, and girls were absolutely bewildered by the strength and development of my rotator cuff.

It doesn't matter if you are a manlet, lanklet, landwhale, pro bodybuilder, etc, if you can not externally rotate your bodyweight, you are not a man.
