I use it for most curling exercises as my wrist is fucked and I simply can't with a straight bar. I also love it for reverse grip curls.

Reverse curls and lying tricep extensions. Dumbbells are supposed to be better for bicep curls because supination/pronation of the wrist heavily involves the bicep.

I used to do curls with these. At one point I switched to straight bar, because there were no EZs left and I could instantly bang out 3-4 more reps with the same weight (usually did 8-9 per set), so it's a useless meme.

Curls at at a moderate weight are great for the elbows, and thus DL, as long as you're already hitting both that and your pullups

Two oddball things I use and EZ-curl bar for are BTN presses and RDL. For RDL, the shorter length keeps my legs in and forces me to have a conventional foot stance rather than sumo, and that's closer to my squat stance. For BTN presses, when the bent portion of the bar touches my back, I'm near the safe bottom of my flexibility and again the shorter bar feels more stable
